3. Blatant disregard and for incapacitated, immobile, fragile and vulnerable parents, for Uncle John's wishes, his affection for my parents and for the debt he owed my father from childhood
This is a distasteful and disgusting matter to be involved in, especially as my Father's finances have been depleated over the years, by a series of let us say 'events'. My Father has a zero balance in his bank account, zero! Father and Mother have very little means now and their debts greatly exceed assets! Many or most of Father's papers have been removed from his house, leading to further questions.
This first page records details of the antics of my sister, Marie N Davis and her husband John Henry Davis who live at 20, Mayfield Road, Peterborough. Specifically it relates to the secretive disposal of all property of my late Uncle John, who died in 2011 in Wentworth Croft Home Peterborough and was mentally impaired following an illness. His house, 2 South View Peterborough,effects and any and all other assets have been, it seems, dealt with by John Henry Davis and my sister Marie N Davis of Peterborough UK, without informing my mother and father who are the logical and natural inheritors and have been ignored completely.
Mother and Father are frail and vulnerable and unable to contest this issue. I act on their behalf.
Written and verbal requests to John Henry Davis and Marie N Davis for details of any Will have been ignored and this leads to much suspicion. A complete silence, no information, no transparency.
This secretive and underhand behaviour will also lead to publication of a sequence of events which will be exposed to inform all family members and is directed especially to those who owe a debt to their Grandfather and Grandmother. Legal action and wider publication of this matter will also follow as required until the question is answered.Where have Uncle John's property, money and assets gone and why have his natural inheritors been ignored against what would most certainly have been his wishes?
