On Monday 7th Jan 2012 the Peterborough Police will be petitioned and presented with a document relating to threats of violence (in a PUB, the Carpenters Arms in Cowagate Peterborough) directed towards me, Peter Francis ,when I was accompanied by Mary Francis my 9 year old daughter. There were many witnesses.
A crass and base act from someone with animalistic tendencies, to put it mildly, and a history of threats and menaces again me

Thanks a lot to the staff at The Carpenters Arms who 'phoined the police and to Owen Kennedy and Ron Scott for being ready and willing to help and trestify - I am just sorry that you witnessed this nonsense from someone who acts as agent of an appointee of the Enduring Poiwer of Attorney affecting my Dad, can one even imagine such monsense?
