House re-mortgage cash - all disapeared?

GONE - in recent years. Almost £70,000 is the sum, advanced monies plus interest.

My Mother says she got not a penny.
(HER MONEY too is in danger. I have told her.
From predators. She knows and has promised to STOP letting them take it.)

It is impossible to trace signs of that amount at the old house
